Overview

BuiltCold uses three permission levels to control access and actions within your program. Your role determines what you can view, edit, and manage.


Program Admin

Who this is for: Program managers, compliance leads, system administrators

What Admins Can Do

Create and manage projects — Set up new projects and configure project settings

Invite and remove program members — Control who has access to the program

Assign and update roles — Change user permissions as needed

Access program-level settings — Configure program defaults and preferences

Full read/write access — View and edit all projects and documentation
